Here’s how it works:

• Book an Introductory Session: Use Calendly to schedule an initial session with your chosen counsellor.
• Continue Support: After the introductory session, you can book up to four additional sessions with the same counsellor.
• Confidential Conversations: Anything discussed with the counsellor remains confidential and won’t be shared with your employer.
